Account

Creating an account is quick and free. Click Get Started on the homepage, fill in your name, email address, and a secure password, then verify your email by clicking the link we send you. You can start exploring the platform immediately after verification.

For full access — including higher withdrawal limits — we recommend completing your KYC verification from the Profile > KYC section after registration.

No. Each individual may hold only one WealthChain account. Creating multiple accounts — for example to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions — is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited.

If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately at support@wealthchaininvestments.com.

Go to Settings > Personal Info in your dashboard. You can update your name, phone number, country, and address at any time. Email changes require re-verification for security. Some fields may be locked after KYC is submitted — contact support if you need to make corrections.

On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your registered email address. We will send a secure password reset link valid for 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Tip: After resetting, enable 2FA from Settings > Security to prevent unauthorized access in future.

After registration, a verification email is sent to your address automatically. Click the Verify Email button inside the email to confirm your account. The link expires after 24 hours. If yours has expired, log in and use the Resend Verification Email option on your dashboard.

Yes. Go to Settings > Personal Info, update your email, and save. A verification email will be sent to the new address. Your old email remains active until the new one is confirmed. For security, you will be notified at both addresses when a change is made.

You may request account closure by contacting support@wealthchaininvestments.com. Before closing, ensure all active investment plans have matured and all available funds have been withdrawn. Accounts with active plans cannot be closed until the plans expire. Note that KYC and transaction records are retained for regulatory compliance after closure.

Deposits

We currently accept deposits via:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20)
  • Litecoin (LTC)

Bank transfers and additional payment methods may be introduced in future updates. Check the Deposit page for the latest options.

The minimum deposit is $50 USD (or equivalent in the supported cryptocurrency). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional identity verification steps.

Deposit processing times depend on the blockchain network:

  • BTC: 1–3 network confirmations (~10–30 minutes)
  • ETH: 12 confirmations (~3–5 minutes)
  • USDT TRC-20: 19 confirmations (~1–2 minutes)
  • LTC: 6 confirmations (~15 minutes)

During periods of high network congestion, times may be longer. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact support with the transaction hash.

Yes, you can send from any exchange or wallet. However, ensure the exchange supports sending on the correct network (e.g., do not send USDT-TRC20 to an ERC-20 address). Always double-check the network and address before sending, as crypto transactions are irreversible.

WealthChain cannot recover funds sent to the wrong network or address. Always verify before confirming a transaction.

WealthChain does not charge any fees on deposits. However, blockchain network (gas) fees charged by the network itself are outside our control and are deducted by the network, not by us. The amount received may be slightly less than sent due to these network fees.

If you send an amount below the minimum deposit threshold, the funds will not be credited and may be held pending manual review. Contact our support team immediately with your transaction hash and we will investigate. Amounts above the minimum are credited in full to your available balance.

Each deposit generates a unique wallet address for that transaction. Always use the address displayed on the Deposit page at the time of sending — do not reuse old addresses from previous deposits. The address is valid for the duration shown on the deposit screen.

Investments

Each plan has a fixed duration, daily ROI rate, and a minimum investment amount. Once you invest, your daily returns are automatically calculated and credited to your account balance each day until the plan matures. At maturity, your principal is returned (on plans that indicate "Capital Returned").

Example: A $500 investment on a 5-day plan with 5% daily ROI earns $25/day = $125 total return, plus your $500 principal back = $625 in total.

Daily returns are credited to your account balance automatically at 00:00 UTC each day. The credited amount will appear in your Transactions history and is immediately available for reinvestment or withdrawal.

No. Once an investment plan is confirmed and activated, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn from early. The invested capital is locked until the plan's maturity date. This policy ensures the integrity of returns for all investors on the platform.

Only invest funds you will not need access to for the full plan duration. Plan your liquidity carefully before investing.

Yes. You can have multiple active investment plans simultaneously, including multiple activations of the same plan. Each investment is tracked independently, and returns are calculated and credited per plan. There is no hard cap on the number of concurrent plans, subject to available balance.

When an investment plan matures, any remaining returns and your principal (where applicable) are automatically credited to your main account balance at the end of the final day. You will receive an email notification. Funds are immediately available for reinvestment or withdrawal — no action is required from you.

We strive to honor all stated ROI rates for active plans. However, all investments carry inherent risk and returns are not legally guaranteed. Past plan performance does not guarantee future results. We strongly recommend reading our full Risk Disclosure in the Terms of Service before investing.

Automatic reinvestment is not currently available, but you can manually reinvest your credited daily returns at any time from your account balance. Simply visit the Invest page and start a new plan using your available balance. We are exploring auto-compound features for a future update.

All active and completed investment plans are visible in the Investments section of your dashboard. Each entry shows the plan name, invested amount, daily ROI, start and end dates, accumulated returns to date, and current status. You can also export your investment history from the Transactions page.

Withdrawals

Go to Dashboard > Withdraw, select your preferred cryptocurrency, enter the destination wallet address and amount, then confirm. We strongly recommend double-checking the wallet address before submitting, as transactions are irreversible once processed.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 72 hours of submission, subject to security review. Most withdrawals complete within a few hours during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when the withdrawal is dispatched, along with the transaction hash so you can track it on the blockchain.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal is $20 USD equivalent. A small network fee is also deducted at the time of processing to cover blockchain transaction costs. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.

Daily withdrawal limits are based on your account verification level:

  • Level 1 (Email verified): Up to $500/day
  • Level 2 (KYC verified): Up to $5,000/day
  • Level 3 (Enhanced KYC): Unlimited
To increase your limit, complete the KYC verification process from Settings > KYC Verification.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:

  • Your account requires KYC verification before the first withdrawal.
  • The amount exceeds your current daily limit.
  • Our security system flagged the request for manual review.
  • High network congestion causing blockchain delays.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 72 hours, contact support with your withdrawal ID.

You may be able to cancel a withdrawal that is still in Pending status before it is processed. Go to Transactions, find the pending withdrawal, and click Cancel if the option is available. Once a withdrawal is marked as Processing or Sent, it cannot be cancelled.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If funds are sent to an incorrect address, WealthChain cannot recover them. We strongly encourage you to copy-paste wallet addresses rather than typing them manually, and to verify the first and last 6 characters before confirming any withdrawal.

Always verify your wallet address carefully. WealthChain bears no liability for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by users.

Affiliate Program

Every registered user receives a unique referral link. Share this link with others — when they sign up through it and make an investment, you automatically earn a commission based on their investment amount. Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance instantly and can be withdrawn to your main wallet at any time.

WealthChain operates a 3-tier commission structure:

  • Level 1 (Direct referrals): 10% of each investment made
  • Level 2 (Sub-referrals): 5% of each investment made
  • Level 3 (Extended network): 2% of each investment made
Commissions are calculated on the invested amount, not on ROI returns.

Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance instantly when a referred user's investment is confirmed. There is no waiting period. You can check your earned commissions under Affiliate > Pending Commission and withdraw them to your main wallet at any time.

No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Our system automatically detects and flags self-referral attempts based on IP address, device fingerprint, and payment patterns. Any commissions generated through self-referrals will be forfeited and the accounts involved may be permanently banned.

There is no cap on the number of people you can refer or the amount of commission you can earn. The more active investors you refer, the more you earn — across all three tiers of the commission structure.

No. Your referral link is permanent and tied to your account for its lifetime. It remains active as long as your account is in good standing. You can find your referral link anytime under Dashboard > Affiliate.

Security

We implement multiple layers of security including:

  • TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • bcrypt password hashing with high cost factor
  • Automated fraud detection and anomaly monitoring
  • IP-based login alerts and session management
  • Optional two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Regular third-party security audits

Go to Settings > Security and click Enable next to Authenticator App. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app, then enter the 6-digit code displayed. Once confirmed, 2FA will be required on every login and withdrawal.

Recommended: Store your backup codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your authenticator app without backup codes, account recovery requires identity verification.

Act immediately:

  • Change your password from Settings > Security.
  • Enable 2FA if not already active.
  • Revoke all active sessions under Settings > Security > Active Sessions.
  • Contact our support team at support@wealthchaininvestments.com and mark the subject [URGENT SECURITY].

We will review your account activity and take appropriate protective measures immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a regulatory requirement for financial platforms to verify the identity of their users. It helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Completing KYC unlocks higher withdrawal limits and full platform features. We require a government-issued ID and a selfie holding the document.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days after all required documents are submitted. You will receive an email notification once your verification is reviewed. Ensure your documents are clear, fully visible, and not expired to avoid delays.

No. WealthChain will never ask for your password — not via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from WealthChain asking for your password or seed phrase, it is a phishing attempt. Report it to security@wealthchaininvestments.com immediately.

Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions. You will see a list of all devices currently logged into your account, including IP address, location, and device type. Click Revoke next to any session you don't recognize. You can also use Revoke All Other Sessions to sign out from every device except your current one.
