Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and WealthChain ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the WealthChain investment platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, investors, and any other persons who access or use our services.

To use the WealthChain Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where participating in our services is prohibited or restricted.
• You must not be on any government-maintained list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your password confidential and secure, and not share it with any third party.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

WealthChain reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any account at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.

WealthChain offers a variety of fixed-term investment plans, each with defined parameters including minimum and maximum investment amounts, daily return on investment (ROI) rates, and duration periods.

• All plan details, including ROI percentages and durations, are displayed at the time of investment confirmation and are binding upon acceptance.
• Returns are calculated and credited to your account balance on a daily basis, as specified in each plan.
• Investments are final once confirmed. Early withdrawal from active plans is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Principal capital is returned at plan maturity where indicated as "Capital Returned."
• WealthChain may modify, add, or discontinue investment plans at any time. Changes will not affect active investments already confirmed.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits are processed after a minimum number of blockchain network confirmations, which may vary by payment method.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are specified on the Deposit page. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–72 hours of request, subject to security checks and KYC verification status.
• Withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level. Higher limits require completed KYC verification.
• WealthChain reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.
• A processing fee may apply to withdrawals, which will be displayed prior to confirmation.

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. WealthChain cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

WealthChain operates a multi-tier affiliate program that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new investors to the Platform. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following terms:

• Commissions are earned as a percentage of investments made by referred users, as specified in the current commission tier structure.
• Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance when a referred user makes a qualifying investment.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create secondary accounts — are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture and account suspension.
• Commission rates and tier structures are subject to change. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already-earned commissions.
• WealthChain reserves the right to withhold commissions generated through fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Affiliate commissions have no cash value until withdrawn and may be subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Platform:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems or networks.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts or using the Platform under false identities.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise collecting data from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Engaging in market manipulation, fraudulent misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

By investing on the WealthChain Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• The value of your investments may go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you invest.
• Platform operations may be affected by regulatory changes, cybersecurity incidents, market volatility, or other unforeseen events.
• Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile and may be subject to regulatory scrutiny in various jurisdictions.
• Past performance of investment plans is not indicative of future results.
• WealthChain does not provide financial advice. Our investment plans do not constitute personalized financial recommendations.

We strongly recommend that you seek independent financial and legal advice before making any investment decision.

All content on the WealthChain Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of WealthChain or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use WealthChain's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
• Publicly display or perform any content from the Platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WealthChain and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform.
• Any losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or network failures.

WealthChain reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Funds remaining in your account at the time of termination for legitimate violations may be forfeited at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which WealthChain is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-platform notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

Material changes that significantly affect your rights will be communicated with at least 7 days' advance notice.
